Terms of Use
These Terms apply to access and use of the public QuickMedCalc website. QuickMedCalc is operated by an independent developer (“the operator”). The Medical Disclaimer explains the important medical-use boundaries, while the Privacy Policy explains data handling.

About these Terms
These Terms set the basic conditions for accessing or using the public website at www.quickmedcalc.com. The operator is based in China. These Terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. More information about the operator and project is available on the About page.
Current service access
Public calculators currently can be accessed without creating an account and are currently available without a usage charge. The site may be supported by display advertising.
Pages and features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. If paid features are introduced later, their price and conditions must be shown before a user chooses them. A visitor will not be charged automatically merely for browsing the current public pages.
Medical use and professional judgment
Calculators, result explanations, and references are provided for reference and education. Using the site does not create a doctor–patient relationship or another professional-service relationship.
An output cannot by itself decide a diagnosis, prescription, treatment, dose, monitoring plan, referral, or disposition. Healthcare professionals must combine the relevant information with the complete clinical situation, local processes, and independent professional judgment. Other users should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. See the Medical Disclaimer for the complete boundary.
Sources, versions, and corrections
Calculator pages are prepared from checkable original publications, currently applicable guidelines, official policies, regulatory or manufacturer materials, and other authoritative sources as relevant. The site seeks to identify the currently relevant version and to label historical models clearly.
Medical guidance, policies, formulas, and interpretation standards can change. Source review and automated testing cannot eliminate errors, omissions, outdated sources, unit problems, or implementation problems. No page is guaranteed to remain complete, error-free, or current for every country, institution, patient, and setting.
The Sources and Review Process explains the review approach. Use the Contact page to report a concern about a formula, coefficient, threshold, unit, input definition, interpretation, reference, or version.
Check the tool before relying on it
Before using a result, check the calculator name and version, intended population and exclusions, input source, units, measurement or specimen timing, observation window, rounding and display precision, stated limitations, and the currently applicable guideline, policy, or institutional process. Users should not rely on a result they cannot verify or apply it outside the population and context described on the calculator page.
For medicine or dosing questions, also check the medicine and formulation, concentration, route, interval, maximum dose, kidney and liver adjustments, current product information, and institutional policy. QuickMedCalc output does not replace those checks.
Service availability and changes
The site is provided in its currently available state. It may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, failures, networks, third-party services, or project changes. Pages, formulas, navigation, and features may be updated, and the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or permanent retention of every page.
Important medical corrections should follow the Sources and Review Process. When a historical page is removed or replaced, the operator should, where practical, provide a clear explanation or an appropriate redirect.
Third-party sources, links, and advertising
References and external links may lead to publications, guidelines, government bodies, manufacturers, and other third parties. Those parties control their own content, availability, and privacy practices. A link or citation does not mean that the third party endorses QuickMedCalc, and the operator does not guarantee that a third-party page will remain accurate, available, or secure.
Third-party advertising is not a recommendation of a medicine, device, service, or treatment. Advertising does not determine calculator selection, formulas, results, sources, or correction priority. See the Privacy Policy for data-processing information.
Acceptable use
Normal browsing, clinical, study, or personal reference, links to public pages, reasonable source-attributed quotation, normal search engine crawling, and reasonable research that does not disrupt the service are permitted.
Do not disrupt the site, bypass security measures, upload or spread malicious code, impersonate QuickMedCalc or its operator, use the brand or content misleadingly, make automated requests at a rate that clearly harms service stability, artificially or deceptively generate advertising clicks or impressions, encourage others to do so, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Content and intellectual property
The operator owns or is licensed to use the original page text, website design, brand, and software implementation. Third-party publications, guidelines, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Public medical facts, formulas, and standards do not become the operator's exclusive property merely because they are implemented on this site. A citation does not imply endorsement by the cited author or institution. Users may view, link to, and use public pages for personal, educational, or professional reference, but must not impersonate the site, copy its brand without permission, or republish substantial portions of original page content.
Feedback and correction reports
Medical, calculation, technical, and accessibility reports are welcome and may be used to verify an issue, make a correction, add tests, or update a page. The operator cannot promise an individual reply or a fixed completion time. Do not send patient-identifying information. Use the Contact page.
What the site does not guarantee
The operator does not guarantee that the site will always be available, that every page will always be complete or error-free, that a page is suitable for every situation, or that third-party links and services will remain available or reliable. Medical models have their own limitations, and users still need to check applicability and current sources. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Liability limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible beyond what the law requires for loss arising solely from unverified reliance on calculator output or third-party content, or from the site being unavailable. This does not exclude or limit responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or another responsibility that applicable law requires.
Governing law and disputes
The operator is based in China. To the extent lawfully applicable, these Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Users are encouraged to contact the operator first through the Contact page to seek an informal resolution, but doing so is not a mandatory step. These Terms do not prevent a complaint, report, mediation, arbitration, or court proceeding that the law permits, and do not remove non-waivable consumer or other mandatory rights available where a user lives.
Changes to these Terms
This page displays its effective and last-updated dates. The Terms may be updated when the website or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page. If applicable law requires additional notice or explicit agreement, an appropriate mechanism will be used. Updated Terms apply to use after their effective date unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Contact about these Terms
