Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

QuickMedCalc (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is operated by Vant (individual operator), based in China, and publishes the website at www.quickmedcalc.com. For privacy questions, email support@quickmedcalc.com.

2. What we collect and do not collect

QuickMedCalc is a free reference site. There is no account system, no registration, and no login. Specifically:

• We do not ask for, collect, or store your name or email address.
• We do not collect protected health information (PHI) from calculator inputs.
• We do not use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, or any other analytics product.
• We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
• If display advertising is enabled, third-party ad vendors may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, personalization, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement.

3. How calculators work

Every calculator on QuickMedCalc runs entirely in your browser. Values you type into calculator input fields — including any clinical values — are processed locally by JavaScript on the page and are not transmitted to any server. We do not see, store, or have any way to recover the values you enter.

Closing or refreshing the page discards those values; we do not save them to your device either.

4. Advertising, cookies, and trackers

QuickMedCalc's own calculator functionality does not require cookies and does not use browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB) to identify or track you.

QuickMedCalc may display ads served by Google AdSense or other third-party advertising vendors. When ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to QuickMedCalc or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits across websites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also learn about opting out of some third-party vendors' personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices. Google publishes information about advertising partners and ad technology providers in its own policy resources.

5. Sensitive medical information

Calculator inputs may relate to health, but they are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to QuickMedCalc servers. Do not type names, contact details, medical record numbers, or other directly identifying information into calculator fields.

Calculator inputs are not used by QuickMedCalc to select ads. If advertising is enabled, ad placements should remain outside calculator input forms and result panels so ads are clearly separate from the tool itself.

6. Hosting and infrastructure logs

The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States), and DNS and CDN delivery are provided by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). As part of delivering any website, these providers automatically generate standard server access logs containing information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and browser user-agent string. This is a baseline behaviour of any website on the internet and is retained by each provider under its own retention policy, typically for a short window for security and abuse prevention.

The operator of QuickMedCalc does not actively read, analyse, profile, or correlate these logs, and does not use them to identify individual visitors.

7. Children's privacy

QuickMedCalc is intended for adult users. The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
